What next?

… as time goes on, and I experience more as someone trying to communicate “how to meditate”, it has become obvious that there are obstacles on both sides of the communication.  This book boldly and directly approaches that.  Here is a link to the publisher’s page which allows you to browse in the book.

Hey David, welcome back. Book sounds great - I've just ordered that and Will J's other one. It's gratifying to see growing support for the approach of gently noticing and allowing our felt experience to be what it is rather than trying to force a static, desired outcome - what we think it should be - onto a fluid situation and all the neurosis that comes with the inevitable failure of that.
An interesting LateralAction article arrived today that made me think of this in the context of the recent program - title is "How do you know if your idea is futile?" (sorry, don't know how to put a link in a comment - it's http://lateralaction.com/).
