Then this line had me screaming,”NO, NO, NO!”

So now that we know you’re not crazy, we can give you a “cocktail” of all the worst poisons we have discovered will not quite kill you.

Well, the poisons have a really detrimental effect on the immune system, which leads to more disease normally treatable with the same poisons...sounds like a good business plans to me!
